South Bay International company acknowledges the foam mattress will be gotten softer over time. The case in my situation is that the mattress got too soft (no enough stiffness to support me when sleeping at my sides). It occurs at both sides of the mattress (no enough stiffness to support my body, sagging to much when sleeping on it). The memory foam mattress does not perform as it indicated with 20-year warranty. They push me to the 3rd party Costco. Costco has a policy that we can get refund and replace if we are not satisfied with the product. However, this is a warranty issues and manufacturer should handle it and Costco also recommends this way too.
