I initiated an online purchase for a particular exercise bike from the Yosuda ************ on 21 Feb 2024 and received confirmation of the purchase from the company. The money for the purchase was withdrawn from my checking account the very next dayI(highly unusual to charge before purchased item is set for delivery). After no further communication from the business, as indicated in an earlier email from the business, I had intiated an email. A response was received 8 days after initial purchase, informing me the bike was not available and offering another model, which I declined and requested a full refund, including international fee charge. To date, only one other email was received(after several phone calls from me and leaving a message, which went without response)notifying me that a refund will be processed ASAP...that was 8 days ago and no further communication. This purchase was initiated February 21, 2024 and today is March 21, 2024. Please assist me in this matter of receiving a full refund for lack of requested product being supplied and delivered. On January 19, 2024 I purchased an exercise bike and floor protective exercise mat from Yosuda Bikes, I received the bike rather quickly however the floor protective mat was missing. On January 25, 2024 and January 26, 2024 I emailed Yosuda. I received a response three days later stating "I'm sorry to tell you that it is out of stock now and will be back in stock in late February. We will send it to you when it is available. Using the bike without a mat for a month will not affect the floor. Please don't worry. To express our apologies, we would like to offer you a $10 off if you can wait for the mat. Looking forward to hearing from you". I chose to wait for the mat. I didn't receive a response so I emailed again on February 16, 2024. i was told on February 16 that I would receive the mat in half a month. Still no floor mat and no response. I emailed again on March 5, 2024 and a response saying It may be another week before the mats are shipped. This is because the mats were stopped by customs for inspection when they arrived in the US and there was a two-week delay. The mats are now on their way to the warehouse and are expected to be sent to you next week". It is now two weeks and still no updates or mat.Initial Complaint

I am missing 2 of the 3 inner hexagon pan bolts, #**. I've emailed, twice, left a message twice (since no one answers the phone), and talked to the ** twice. Every contact I get a response that sometime will contact me within 8 hours. It's been almost 2 weeks and no response.
