On 09/23/2022, I was billed for a recurring monthly wash. I have only been once for ONE wash. I don’t live in the area. I called and called and it was impossible. They got to me via text and acted like it was my fault. Please, this is fraud. I have ZERO other random charges on my card except that one. Be careful using your card! When I asked for the refund, they told me to dispute it. Uhh, now I have to get a brand new card and change my recurring payments. The legit ones that I actually signed up for.Initial Complaint

My cars bumper was pushed in cracking my original paint as well as removing bumper clips. I want the damage fixed. I have had normal swirl scratched but this is actual car damage. Property damage. ******* the manager and Ben the attendant saw it happen. ******* took video as it happened.Initial Complaint

I went to zipline express carwash as a regular member of their monthly carwash program. When I exited the wash and proceeded to dry my vehicle I noticed some major damage to the paint on my front and ear bumper from the carwash. I immediately notified the manager and filed a report who took pictures of the damage. He suggested I contact the owner, which I did and sent him photos of the damage. The owners response was that it was a bad paint job and not his wash. If it were a bad paint job it would have happened the very first time using that wash. Not only that my vehicle is only 6 years old and very well maintained. The owner refused to take responsibility for the damage and offer any sort of compensation. All I ask is for my vehicle repairs to be paid for, nothing more. I should not have to pay out of pocket for damage caused by this businesses equipment.
