      On Wednesday 9/29/21 I paid The UPS store located at ***** ****** Lakes Pkwy *******, Ca to ship two boxes containing decorative soap dispensers from *******, Ca to a residence address located in Murfreesboro, TN. The shipping charged that I paid for totaled about $107.49. The packages were shipped on 09/29/21 and were supposed to arrive no later than 3 days from the 09/29/21. I received a message phone voicemail message on my cell phone from ****** representing the UPS store at ***** ****** Lakes Pkwy in *******, Ca. Ashely stated in the message that my package could not be delivered. She said it was returned to the UPS store in ******* and that I could pick it up. When I went to the store to pick up the package directly I was informed by ****** that the package could not be shipped due to UPS deeming the package unsafe to deliver. I asked if I could be refunded that $107.49 since it was specifically a charge for a 3 day service delivery. I was told by ****** and another UPS representative that UPS would not refund me my 3 day delivery service shipping charge. I explained to ****** and another UPS representative that I understand that they may have their reasons for not delivering the 2 packages, however I paid for a 3 day guaranteed shipping charge and the shipment service was not completed. The UPS store representatives checked with UPS corporate offices by phone and I was denied a refund. Both packages are still with the UPS store in *******, CA. I am seeking my 3 day shipping charge fee of $107.49. Kind regards, ***** *******
