I bought 2 Jasion E-bikes X-Hunter (***** USD) in a package deal DIRECTLY from Jasion (Amazon also sells these E-bikes). This is 8 weeks ago. We drove/tested/ got acquainted with the e-bikes in our neighborhood and drove them for a *** of 3 hours and about 50 miles. All was fine. Delivery was OK. Assembly was OK. Than an E-motor on one bike failed big time. A fluid came out of the gears (Urine smell) and the motor made a terrible griding noise. We contacted Jasion in ********** (Rialto) and what should have been the first red flag, nobody picked up the phone due to high customer traffic. We filed a claim on the ********************** website and sent it back to Jasion. Until we finally got a guy on the phone. He was based in ****** but immediately said there was nothing he could do, as they are only a warehouse. No parts and no service (which I now know is only in *****) So I asked them to connect me to them. He could not do that either. They would contact me. Well, you get it, they don't. I sent emails, forms etc asking them for a replacement of the bike or at least the wheel with motor. Nothing happens. I drove, on my way home along the address and indeed it is nameless warehouse in ******. Nobody there. At some point we received a question from the "technical department" with some strange questions in broken English/Chinese. Are the lights working, is the horn working, can you sent a video. I did all that and no reaction. Upon return home a week ago we received the message (from *****) that they don't have motors and wheels or any spare until the end of July. So I started digging. They give free e-bikes away to You Tube "influencers" and they test them for a day or 2 but never long time. So they promote these bikes as being fantastic, hence why we fell for them. If you ****** Jasion and these bikes and their responses to issues and problems your eyes open wide up. Jasion is a totally unreliable company, They are a total scam and nobody should buy from them
