I have lost all my respect for this company, was so excited after seeing their furniture on their website and placed an order from a local furniture shop. After I received it on 5/24/24, I found all kind of quality issue.1. I have noticeable grooves on all corner of the bed, but on their website photos showed all these beautiful smooth surface with barely any groove, this is clearly false advertising. Upon talking to customer service, her response was all their furniture have grooves, so she just admitted they provided false/fake photos on their website 3. my 6 chest drawers were so misaligned to where I open one side of drawer, another will open up, and it continued to touch each other, not only it's annoying, the wood will get rubbed off eventually, customer service assumed I did not have center leg installed, but I did have the piece installed by professional 4. one edge on my nightstand has a huge splinter sticking out about 0.5 inch long, I nearly punctured myself twice moving my nightstand to proper spot, customer service gave another snobbish response saying wood are living thing, they have no control how wood will behave, and what's more absurd is they said they have no issue with their quality control, if anything please talk to my vendor where I get furniture from instead.5. One corner of my chest has hairline crack since day one, the whole corner also feels rough and pointy, as if they did not even spend time polishing it(all the other corners are fine), I feared this might turn into bigger split.I want to file complaint because they are not taking any pride of responsibility on their quality controls, but instead they told me to talk to vendor where I get furniture from, but vendor isn't the one who made the furniture. This whole false advertising on their website and not taking responsibility doesn't deserve A on BBB, I want exchanged or at least some compensation for all these issues and they need to update photo on their website.
