3/21/22 Went to get my hair done at Mimi’s hair designs the stylist left the bleach on for hours the owner and the other stylists kept looking but never said a word. She completely Destroyed my beautiful healthy long hair I had to cut more than half of my hair off. My hair is damaged to the root and she burned my scalp and ear. I am trying to take the woman to court but they will not provide me with her last name or license number

I ******* ******* spoke to ****** ***** over phone when she called salon concerning her complaint I asked her to come into salon so I can look at her hair and fix it or come to a conclusion she refused to come back into salon and just wanted a refund I told her I would have to Speak to Stylist that did her since she is an independent contractor she would have to refund her when I spoke to ******* Diaz the stylist that did her hair she said that she was disputing the card transaction already and therefore she just simply refunded ****** more per payment.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
******* told me she was going to call me back I never received a call back the stylist refused to give me my money back she refused so I had to file a dispute they also refused to give me *******‘s last name so I could file a lawsuit she completely completely destroyed my hair. My hair was healthy and strong before seeing ******* my hair is completely ruined I have to wear a hair piece now went to two different stylist and they told me the same thing my hair is fried there’s nothing that could be done for my hair. They told me I just have to wait for it to grow out which my roots are destroyed to. I have made several attempts to call I have messaged them on Instagram I don’t receive any kind of response. I want the last name of ******* And also their insurance company information she left burns on my scalp she has caused me so much pain and suffering it’s unimaginable I’ve always taken very good care of my hair and she just destroyed everything in one day.
