I never had such unprofessional service. The female owner of this mobile groomer business came out to groom my English bulldog . She was very rude and showed up late. She only spent 15 min with him . His ears were still dirty and she didn’t de shed him as requested . After checking him out I noticed blood running down his arm. When I questioned she was like oh yeah I cut him . Later after she left I texted her explaining she didn’t clean the ears or de shed him. She never wrote me back . I left a review on yelp. The husband responded apologizing and offered a refund . I accepted but no refund . Then when I texted the company to follow up no response . Today the wife called me yelling and saying disrespectful things to me saying I don’t deserve a refund because I left a yelp review. When I asked why she cut my dog ..Her response was that the dog got her all wet and she was mad. How could you cut my dog over that . There is several reviews from others that she cut their pets . Please put a stop to this before something worse happens to another innocent animal . I don’t know there address because it a mobile groomer so I used my in laws but it’s in Fontana and I left the link and number . Go on yelp and you’ll see I’m not the only one traumatized by this lady and to call and harass me was just beyond anything I have ever dealt with
