      Ive been a customer ********************** ***** a d the business has gotten bad as far as customer service. They sell you unneeded services and performs poor repairs. *** had loose lungs on my tires in the past and as of recently, they did a poor job on my breaks less than a year ago and completely rip my off when the unsurfaced rotor ate threw my front brake pad. Even after i had my breaks checked after three months of being installed. Please beware of their deceitfulness.

      They're getting two stars from me rather than one because they were okay the first time I went there, although the service manager I got didn't check when the brake light was on. I had to find that out for myself; it was low on brake fluid. I called a month later for something and was told that that *** didn't work for them anymore. Of course, the reason I went there had nothing to do with the brakes but it wouldn't have taken this guy very long to check the reason for the brake light being on and do to correct the problem what I had to do for myself. Otherwise, everything was fine. Well, today I brought my van to them because the brakes were grinding only to be told that they wouldn't work on it because it the interior of the cab, which was only a little dirty, was unsanitary. I expected more professional behavior from these people. And didn't get it.

      I had a bad experience with Nick in Fontana. Aaron M**** was so good got my black car and one day later l have to return the car they pick it up because they mess up the cars on the loans. Finance give me the wrong car your mess up and now l have to deal with it by just being okay. The manager should have call me not Aaron he did his job but the manager should have had the balls to call me not buying another at from this place again.

      I had a diagnostic done on my 02 chevy Silverado late 2021 and decided not to get the work done at the dealership so I called and asked if my truck was ready for pick up after the diagnostic fees were paid and was told yes come on down. As I arrived to the dealership wit a tow truck I was walked to my truck by a service manager to see my truck still taken apart from there diagnostic. My window was down and it had rained in my truck. I made a complaint and hadn’t return due to my truck being stolen a month or so after the experience. I purchased a 2020 Silverado 3500 from another dealership in June 2022. Today 11/08/2022 I took my truck and was told that they weren’t supposed to service me because of my complaints about there service from my last visit.

      I am not use to complaining about something unless it really stinks. I bought a 2013 Chevy Camaro back in July of 2020. I had my mechanic check out the car from top to bottom. He gave my car a 100% in good condition. With only 2 previous owners and only 100,000 miles on it, I'd say I was real lucky. I finally did everything by the book and it paid off. This car was in show room condition and I wanted to keep it that way. On July 1, 2021 I received paperwork to have my car smoged before I can send in my registration. Nothing serious, I was told that it was standard on most used vehicles. So, I called and made an appointment at Rotolo Chevrolet, in Fontana, CA. On that date, July 07, 2021, I took my car to Rotolo Chevrolet to keep my appointment. I met with the service manager, Mr. Ed Z*****. A very nice young man, who seemed to listen to me explain what I needed done. I told Mr. Z***** exactly what I wanted done. (1) A smog test. (2) A oil change. (3) A tire rotation. Now, I called around prior to this and got average prices. (For a dealership). Mr. Z***** called me to come down and discuss some issues. When I got there, he took me back to where my car was, so I could get a couple of things I left in the car. I could see when we walked in that somebody had been working on the car. It was, in my opinion, pretty well taken apart. It did not look drivable. That's when Mr. Z***** said to me, so for it's about $5000.00. I didn't know what to say. So I said, what, has it been smoged yet. Mr. Z***** said no, this is stuff we had to do to get to pass smog. Mr. Z***** told me he will text me over a address to a credit loan co called, SunBit. Anyway, this whole thing has come down to me getting a loan for $5,610.52 to grt my car back. I told them Mr. Z***** and his boss, Mr. Enrique C********, that this was wrong. I did not authorize none of it except the smog test and oil change and tire rotation. Now, I have tried to call and talk to somebody in charge and it seems that Mr. Z***** and Mr. C******** are not taking or answering my calls at all. I have told both of them, I am a senior almost 80 years and I am on a very fixed income. There's no way I can afford that much money. I really did think that I would get great service that I've heard so much about. Somebody there doesn't realize how important it is for a senior to have transportation. And I finally researched and found the car of my dreams, and they wont give it back.

      I usually don't write reviews on here because I hate putting businesses out there in a bad way, in fact this is my very first time ever making a complaint about a company on this site but this business really rubbed me wrong being that I am a single female and Was completely taken advantage of. Few weeks ago I went into have service and as I had service I had a complete service done on my car so I paid a couple hundred dollars which is what I normally do when I come in there besides get an oil change. This particular time I had addressed I noticed I wasn't receiving a full services being that washing the car after a service is part of the service you're supposed to receive. Instead I would get my car back dirty and watch other customers leave with their cars completely washed. I expressed I was spending enough to receive the service everyone else had been receiving and this was not the first time but the fourth time I received my car back the same way I sent it in( with no car wash recieved).The manager named Dorion came over and noticed I was upset as I requested to speak with the manager of the branch . He happened to be there but all the staff kept making excuses for why I couldn't see him . This day they stated he was busy and then when I went to the desk to ask the girl if I could speak to the manager the following day when I came back their excuse was he was all the sudden on vacation when I knew he was there because I made a phone call requesting to know if the manager was indeed on the premises . So needless I express my concerns to the manager Dorian inside the automotive department and did make it known that I knew the manager was indeed on property who I intended as speaking to however he stated to me he was the manager for the automotive Department. He obviously didn't want me to speak to his boss which is fine so I gave him the opportunity to redeem their departments Behavior. So he offered me gas for my vehicle in exchange I let him have someone put gas in my car however when the attendant was riding in my car I noticed that I was missing the lock on my tires and had to come back. Staff made me feel like I was complaining customer as they had to look for my missing part. Then I noticed when I got home my left headlight was damaged and it was not damaged when I came in for the srevice ( it had been hit). So I contacted the same supervisor and it was not a pleasant experience getting a new one let's just say. However I did get one, the whole process again the staff gave me attitude and I just completely felt uncomfortable and was ready just to forget it all. When I went to go pick up the car Dorian and I kind of had some words about the carelessness and the unprofessionalism. So he offered me a detail on my vehicle however he tried to revoke it when he later talk to me ,then offered the service when i had a male come with me this time. Eventually took him up on the offer and I was scared to take the car back and being that I had so much bad experience but I gave him the opportunity to redeem himself of great customer service once again.. Upon taking my car up the front right headlight was damaged again and I was missing a piece that went to my stereo on my 2018 Chevy Cruze. At this point I was crying because I just feel so bad that this is happening to me. To top it off one the staff an Asian man who is employed inside the automotive section was rude to me and almost slammed my car door my face as I expressed I was missing a piece to my radio. He really got upset with me and stated that his staff does not steal and damage peoples property . He stated they would let him" know if they did"when I did not accuse them. I said it could have easily came off while cleaning the vehicle if I could please have it back, I'm not trying to accuse anybody of anything( crying). Dorian the manager says that he was going to get back to me he called one time after i pressed the issue to reassure me he was tring to find a part. Here we are weeks later, and he has yet to call back . So I still have a damage to my vehicle , that happened at the careless dealers, I now have a part for my vehicle missing and to top it off my family buys cars from their dealership all the time. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody who is a single woman especially. The first time I had an issue I ended up having to bring a man with me in order to get the supervisor to even offer me a detail on my car which he tried to take back. Prior to this whole issue I never thought I'd have this problem at a dealer being that I felt I'd be getting better service even if I had to paid more. Being that I am have worked in customer service myself I rate this place very low due to the fact they made me feel like a bad as a customer every single time as if i was just looking for problems. Trust me I did not want damages done to my vehicle or parts missing however that's what I got. I really hate going back and forth with staff in complaining about stuff however by the customer have a right raise question of my concerns. The quality of service here was anything but careful and was nothing but careless with your vehicle. I would not recommend it to anybody who was thinking about coming here. When I went to sign any paperwork the girl gave me an attitude at the desk and when I went to read what I was signing since she had not explained it to me she said it wasn't for me to worry about it was information for the company to know.
