On Monday April first I had walked into the store as a new customer and was looking to rent a all black suit . The owner had promised me he had various options good sizing and color matching arrangements guaranteeing me that his service was good and even mentioned he had over 50 years of experience . I set my down payment of 35 and was taken down for my measurements and was told to come back Wednesday. On Wednesday April 3rd i walked in 2 hours before closing and was not attended nor greeted . I had waited a whole 1 hour to even get attended when i finally was he explained he did not have my suit ready nor did he even start the process and made me wait an additional 30 minutes. Finally he came out the back with pants and shirts to try on . The shirt was super faded and super long it extended all the way down to my shorts the pants were super big they fell off my body . He took it back to tailor it and made me wait another hour finally 10 min from his closing time he brought it out with the same results . There was another family after me that was promised a picked up who also waited 2+ . After me not being satisfied he had said take it or leave it when i asked for a refund he said no come back tomorrow. When trying to negotiate a refund he tried to act like he didnt hear me and said slurs to me and my family shoving me out the way . The other family after me left with no suits and were forced to come back tomorrow . He tried to kick me out by shoving me out and almost locking me inside saying he was going to trespass me while i was locked in there . We did not get no type of apology no type of refund nor respect as a human . He got in his car skid off and yelled go to h*** before taking off . Another major thing is that he has 2 children under his supervision that had NO SUPERVISION. These 2 kids are under the age of 6 . The children were outside in the street giving away free oranges to strangers in the dark almost taking off . Until a customer took them in
