Since 2010, Ms. M**** has been my life insurance agent. She was very professional and educational when my spouse and I purchased our life insurance police . However, she was there for me every step of the way when I needed her the most! She helped me file my spouses death claim and sent me the paperwork overnight. I didn't have to do a thing but sign the forms she sent and put them back in the mail. ?Krystn worked with the insurance company and kept me informed along the way. She notified me as to when the insurance company was sending me a check. I can't believe that I received a check within less than 7 business days. ;Krystn's is not only a wonderful agent but she has a heart for all of her client's.
