Im a licensed, bonded, real estate professional with experience in handling all types of real estate sales/situations. I have a history with ******** ***** completing detailed Broker Price Opinion reports free in exchange for being assigned foreclosure/REO (Bank owned) properties to list. It was explained to me by ******* in order to be assigned REO properties to market requires a paid ($699.00) dollar Pro Plus subscription membership with *******. My subscription to Pro Plus was purchased on the 9th of November 2023 for the sole purpose of being assigned foreclosure/REO properties to market. The previous year I also subscribed and received absolutely nothing for my money. I never heard back from the company once the (1) year subscription had expired. I complained to ******* and was told by *********************, Agent Relations Representative, that no-one received any listings because of Covid-19 and the subsequent lockdown. **** assured me I would be assigned REO properties to market because of my experience and Pro Plus subscription membership. This subscription was for the period of one year from the 9th of November 2023 to the 9th of November 2024. I have not heard back from the company. To date, I have not heard back from anyone at the company, nor have I received a refund according to their refund policy printed on my receipt. I have not heard back from anyone. I get the run around anytime I call or get placed on hold and no-one returns. his is the reason for filing this complaint. I'm appealing to you for assistance in this matter. It is highly illegal to steal money under false pretenses. I received absolutely nothing for my money. I work hard every day to earn a living. Getting duped is not reasonable. I must warn you this company is smooth talking, cunning and crafty. They will outright lie to you and find everyway not to return stolen money. `Initial Complaint

On February 2023 I was reached by ********************* representing USRES/RESNET selling me a membership to receive REO listings. I asked if this will provide me with home listings/REO Assets in my area and he assured me I would. That other agents in my area were receiving over ***** home listings. I agreed to purchase it because I was assured I will obtain assets in about **** weeks. I waited the 10 weeks because I have not received anything, not even inquiries and he said to wait a bit longer. Everything looked good on my account and I should be receiving them. Fast forward to August 2023 and I never received anything. They clearly lied to get me to pay for the membership. I tried calling the manager ************************* several times but received to response. I demand I get refunded the $490 I paid due to deceiving practices.
