I sent my used cell phone to Firefly IT Asset Recovery, **** My phone arrived to them on 02.21.2023. I was told that my phone should be *****. On 03.12.2023 i followed to see if they received my phone. Again another email sent 04.18.2023 asking for information about my phone they received. I keep getting the same answer that they will check on it and nothing. I called ************ and was told that Check# ***** but they couldn't tell me when this was mailed out. I was told that there is no date in the system. 05.09.2023 emailed again "****************************" <***********************************************>,*********************** <**************************************> ***** responded that she was going to check on it... Still no response and no check for *****. Not only was i given the wrong price back in Feb 2023. I still haven't been paid for the cell phone that I sent to them. Please see all emails that i have included. I would like my payment sent to me or my cell phone returnedBusiness response

***************** contacted ** on the 9th of May and informed us that she had not yet received her check. We responded to ****************** informing her that we would look into the whereabouts of the check. We informed her that the check had been mailed approximately on the 28th of April and provided her with the corresponding check number. On May 15th, ****************** contacted ** asking that we check to see if the item had cleared her bank as she still had not received it. We informed ****************** that according to our records, it was not showing cashed at that time. We verified that we had the correct mailing address for her check and asked her to give it a few more days to arrive as we cannot control the length of time the mail takes in transit.Later on the afternoon of the 15th, ******************** emailed ** to note that she received the check.
We were responsive to all of ******************** inquiries throughout her entire interaction with our company. We kindly ask that this complaint be removed as it has been resolved to the satisfaction of ******************.
