I am attaching the complaint that I submitted to the company, it doesnt let me share all of it. This occurred in October 2022. The encounter I had with your driver Boldbaatar today was completely unacceptable. Upon arriving at ******************************** in Inglewwood and sending him the Zelle payment, only to realize that my bank put a hold on the funds. I most certainly wanted to do everything in my power to resolve that issue right away. However, the extreme unprofessional behavior of your driver did not make the process for me to do that helpful at all. He was very rude, and after completing the transaction with the other customer, abruptly jumped back in my car and told me I would need to pick my car up on Monday in Riverside. At no time did this driver show any kind of compassion for the unforeseen circumstance that just occurred, nor try to just give me a few more minutes to resolve it. To note, I was originally told that my car would be available for pickup between ****. He didnt contact me until 2:45pm to tell me to meet him between 3:00pm-3:15pm. So to say that time was the reason, is not exactly a great excuse. I am sure that the next delivery would be understanding to wait an additional **** minutes. That was the amount of time it took me to resolve this issue, once I was able to not feel the pressure of this extremely abrupt and rude driver.After resolving the issue once I got home within a matter of minutes, I thought the worst part of my day was over, but I was wrong. I was given a location to meet him at to only arrive to him not being there. The reason given is because he had to move, and was given a ticket. This is very understandable. However, to be told then that I would have to meet him in ********** is beyond absurd. Thankfully he gives another location, but at this point it feels as if I am chasing a stolen car. As my car would technically be stolen at this point.Business response

A car hauler truck has a very limited access to residential area especially in **************. The driver has selected closest location to meet ***************. Commercial vehicle on that area are not allowed to load or unload cars longer than 15 minutes. On time of payment processing Mr ******* bank didnt approve the **********************************. Meanwhile the truck had to move to the next location as the truck was parked more than 30 minutes also blocking the lane. The company dispatch explained mr ****** that the driver not able to release the car without finalizing the payment And left the location. The dispatch provided to *************** the stop address hoping the payment will be finalized by then. The time of arrival at the next location the payment was received, unfortunately the traffic police wouldnt let the truck stay at that position and ordered immediate move before *************** arrived . The driver found another location to meet ***************. All these process were so desperate for both parties.
The drivers behavior was unacceptable and rude during these process. Now he truly regrets and apologizes to ***************. We have Mr ******* contact information as well. Will do our best to solve this situation.
