Good afternoon, On March 7th 2024, I canceled a transaction for ***** dollars that would have been sent to ************ ***********. The moneygram site informed me that it would take 10 business days. Unfortunately for me I have yet to receive my refund and I am constantly given the run around when I am able to speak with a customer service representative. I am seeking a full refund mainly due to fact that the transaction was canceled within the same minute of the initial transaction. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I bought a money order on 7/15/2023 I lost the money order and put in for a replacement on 7/25/2023 and I have yet to receive it and every time I call Im getting the fun around and no one seems to know how I can get my money backInitial Complaint

I'VE CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT GETTING A LIVE AGENT, I NEEDED A NAME CHANGED AND YOU COULDN'T DO IT ON YOUR ONLINE CHAT FEATURE SO THEN I CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION AND MY MONEY STILL HASN'T BEEN REFUNDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL ME AT ************!!! MY UNCLE WHO IS 85 YEARS OLD COULDN'T"T GET THE MONEY AND HAD TO TRAVEL 2 HOURS TO GET THE MONEY, ******* IS IN A WAR RIGHT NOW, AND HE HAD TO GO HOME WITH NO MONEY!!!!!! DO YOU HAVE NO HEART?!!!!! I COULDN"T SEND HIM A NEW TRANSACTION, AND HE COULDN"T RECEIVE THE MONEY SIMPLY BECAUSE HIS NAME COULDN"T BE CORRECTED TO ******** INSTEAD OF THE SHORTENED VERSION OF HIS NAME; TOLIK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS WAS HEARTLESS....IMAGINE YOUR 85 YEAR OLD GRANDPA TRAVELING 2 HOURS IN A WAR TO GET MONEY TO EAT AND YOU COULDN"T FIX HIS NAME IN THE SYSTEM AND SO BECAUSE OF THAT HE HAD TO TRAVEL BACK HOME WITH NO MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM BEYOND ANGRY, UPSET, FRUSTRATED AND CRYING ABOUT THIS WHOLE SITUATION. THIS IS HORRIBLE! I purchased two money orders on 12/30/2021, one in the amount of $1000 and the other in the amount of $400. I have the money orders in my possession. I called to find out if I could replace or cash out the money orders. I was advised 6 times the money order for $400 has been cashed. The first agents advised it was cashed on 1/4/2022 and another agent advised it was cashed on 2/4/2022. All agents have advised they could send me a check for $22 since the money order was not cashed out for the full amount, which I refused. They also advised me to request a photo copy of the cashed money order which I have not received. I was advised to file a police report for a money order I have physically in my hand. All the agents have been rude and disrespectful. I have requested a supervisor which none of them would allow me to speak to anyone advising me to call back at a later time then hanging up. I want the issue resolved and the money returned to me immediately since I have the money order physically in my hand along with the money order stub. It has not been cashed. No one has contacted me in regards to this issue.
