I have nothing good to say about the customer ********************** for **********************. My family and I have been supporting a member of our family through some persistent health issues and they moved out of their home in *********. As part of this support weve had to take care of their home, including the propane tank that the home uses. This family member/the owner of the home hasnt been in a place to be able to share all the details of the utilities, and picking up on the Kemgas contract where they left off has been impossible. They attempted to remove the propane tank while we were visiting and subsequent calls were poorly managed by their care team. As of late, theyre saying the home isnt meeting the use standards of the rental agreement and, even though they wont share the details of said agreement with us, are using this as a basis to remove the tank for good. We have been able to successfully negotiate the upkeep of this home with all other utility providers. Kemgas has made this impossible, which has only added stress to an already stressful situation because of the health status of our family member. Its disappointing and based on other reviews here and on Yelp I am unsurprised they are removing the tank and citing a clause in an agreement they are unwilling to share. If you are not on site personally in The ********* I do not recommend using this business.

We are happy to share the details with you. We provided all the information and the reason we are unable to leave the tank at the property any longer. We provided a final delivery to the tank to give you nearly a year of time to establish a new provider and / or purchase your own tank. No stars!!! This place is a total rip off and will see you to death above and beyond what you owe, they will lie to you and tell you you owe them money when you actually dont and then theyll try to make excuses as to why they have to charge you a fee do not use Kemgas they are rip offs

We made the set-up fee and annual tank rent prices clear at the time of your account opening request. The prices are also included on the contract that you read through and signed. If you would like the contract sent over to you again give our office a call.
