I have called Gilead several times in reference to my Gilead coupon card. I have been experiencing issues with multiple cards being open under my name. I have been told since the month of May that the issue was being escalated up to have the multiple coupons card deleted and that they will just assign one. I have called several times this month in reference to the same issue. Every single time I call they tell me the same thing I have multiple cards on my account. That they will need to escalate it and that it will take 24 to 48 hours. I have called several times and each time they tell me that it has been taking care of. I call CVS and they tell me that it still not going through. I call Gilead back for them to tell the same thing that I have multiple coupons under my name and need to be escalated. I have even talked to a manager at Gilead. This has caused me to miss two weeks of my HIV medication. I talked to a worker named ****************** Who assured me June 10,2022 that the issue would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. I called back 6/13/2022 they told me that it had been taking care of. I called CVS and it still declined my coupon. I called Gilead back just to discover there are still multiple coupons in my name. I am very very disappointed in the level of service I have gotten. Its been an extremely frustrating process having to be told that its taken care just to call back and I am back to square one there are multiple coupons in my name. I have emotional distress being without my medication for two weeks. I want this issue resolved. I want someone to fix this issue and call CVS to ensure that I receive my medication.
