    On 3/02/2025,Ordered 2 pair of night vision glasses because my Dr.said they could help with the LED headlights from vehicles @night.Looked up the best night glasses in ******. Modern tech company came up,I proceeded to order.The amount of ***** and some change with shipping(9.99)included.The amount was immediately taken from my bank acct,have not received my product ,after multiple calls and speaking to foreign speaking representatives several times and putting in tracking number,It said NO tracking **** put in for this company.When on their website,it says push tracking button to track ur items,it does work!On United postal website,when putting tracking,NO record.I am very upset,that this company is apparently scamming people.

    Ordered glasses, received a shipment notification. Went on my credit card and saw they had charged an extra $9.99. Called company and advised, and was told I asked for extra charge ? Give me a break when does this happen. Then received glasses and they did not work, could not adjust as they said you could. Called once again and they told me the glasses do not have a return policy. Why should I pay for expensive reading glasses that don't work and taken an extra amount of money.

    This company charged me 9.83 and a few days later charged me *****. Dont know who they are and I just want my money back! I have no tracking number and havent received any packages

    I purchased a product (order *******) but was then charged an extra $29.98 for a "VIP Club" membership I did NOT agree to purchase (order *******). This feels incredibly dishonest, and I want to be refunded.

    Business E modern tech. On Jan 21 purchased night vision glasses for *****. Same day charged another $9.99 in which I am unsure what this was for. One month later on 2/21 charged an unauthorized amount of $39.99. Product never received. I am expecting a full refund. I do have proof on credit card statement

    Same as described by others. Purchased an air purifier for $249, then an unexplained charge of $9.99 was made the same day, followed by another unexplained charge of $39.99, one month after. Clearly fraudulent business practices are an everyday occurrence. Please refund my VIP Membership and the other bogus charge. Thats $50.

    On December 4, 2024, I ordered two cameras to monitor my property. That charge of $85 to my credit card was authorized. I was simultaneously charged $19.99 for an unknown reason. And now on January 3, I was charged $39.99 for nothing. I had no additional contact with the company. Based on the number of similar complaints I found when I looked at their BBB rating, this company appears to process unauthorized/unexpected charges on a regular basis after an initial legitimate contact.

    Hi, my name is ***** ****. I ordered a plug in heater. My checking account was billed for 2 transactions on November 25th 2024. The totals were $ ***** and $ *****. I am unsure about the 2nd invoice that day. I figured, it was for shipping purposes. Then, I am being billed again today, December 26th 2024, for an unauthorized charge of $39.99 from my checking account. Can you please help me figure this out? I tried calling the merchant but I keep having to leave a message. I feel like, I am being scammed.
