I attempted to order the product for $39 special, the gift card I used was declined. I then canceled the order. The next day I see a charge on the gift card for ****** from this company. I called immediately (less then 24 hours after initial attempt to order that was canceled) and was told it was too late and the product was shipped and I would have to wait to send the product back once received for a partial credit.Initial Complaint

Ordered optimum keto weight loss pills online. Based on there ad, which turned out to be a scam. Tried to cancel by phone within 24hrs. Representative told me they could not cancel order, that I would have to send order back when received. It was obviously a a scam at this point. I called my credit card to report a fraudulent charge, and canceled my card. Since then I have choose not to contact them any further, for lack of trust with this bogus company. I am retired on a fixed income and cannot afford any further expenses occurring from this scam company.Initial Complaint

On June 3, 2022 I placed an order through their wed site and have not received anything. I paid $235.66. I tried to contact them but cannot find a number or anything showing who to contact about my order. I would like my funds back.Initial Complaint

On June 14 I purchased $235 worth of product from this company called Optimum Keto. Initially I thought I was only purchasing $35 worth of product, but that is another issue. The issue that I am concerned about is that there is no means for contacting this company, either to determine when I will be receiving said product and why I was overcharged. A racking number was provided but the US postal service indicates that only a tracking number was issued and that it is still in the warehouse. Attached is the email that was sent to me confirming that I ordered and paid for said product and an email with the tracking information. In researching the company (something that I had wished I done prior to purchase) to identify a means to contact them it became apparent that this company is a fraud.Initial Complaint

Looked into ordering, and then did order an initial what I thought was 1 bottle of this Keto diet pill from this site. https://*******-weightloss-official-keto.buzz/*******-weightloss-official-keto/. They ended up charging me $200, but I received the pills so decided to try them out. Not only do they not work, but they tried to just now charge an additional $199, which was flagged by my Bank and led to me having to close out the card.Initial Complaint

On April I4,2022, I ordered on line what I thought was a ***** product. I looked at my bank account next day, April 15th 2022 and noticed they had withdrawn $198.70, I called immediately and cancelled order and they said my money would be refunded to my bank. I have had several conversations with **************** and still have not received my refund. One of times I called they told my to call my bank, which I did I spoke to them and they researched and told me they seen where the money was withdrawn but nothing showed where they tried to deposit it back into my account.This is the order number which seems to be the only way to locate my account: 397EE0D292 Thank you
