This company provided an inferior product and charged us what we later discovered was twice the price other door manufacturers would have.The veneer on the doors literally peeled off in areas from the packing materials used once they were unwrapped. The stain also got sucked out of the veneer around the edges due to their choice of packing.We asked for a partial refund and replacement of affected doors and they offered 50% off cost of new doors (which is the price they should have been to begin with) as well as agreed to replace 2 doors which were originally incorrectly made. We agreed to move forward and I provided payment in full of 1800 dollars over Venmo but have yet to receive the product. *** sent multiple emails over the last two months with no response.If ******* or ****** reach out to me to resolve, I will happily remove this complaint and all online reviews of my experience.Initial Complaint

After taking our deposit money in May of 50% of the project cost, this company failed to provide the door that was promised. ******* (the owners wife) was happy to answer my calls and emails to take my money. ****** (the owner) came out quickly to take measurements and help us choose a door. Once they had my 50% deposit, they stopped picking up my calls. ******* responded to my emails by delaying the project date weeks and weeks on end. What was supposed to be completed in **** weeks dragged to 21 weeks. After demanding a concrete installation date by the end of the work week on week ****************** failed to provide one. They have effectively breached our agreement and taken my deposit of $3023 for nothing.
