Good Afternoon. My wife and I have joined Los Caballeros Sports Village locating at *********************************************************************** for a while, I was away for some months and just rejoined by paying $100. Their phone number is ************ and email is **************** There is an agreement for each of us to pay $61 per month until the annual agreement expire on the agreement day. Recently, there is new owner decide to raise our monthly membership fee to $86 per month. see attached new rate document. Los Caballeros Sports Village needs to honor the agreement and it will be expired on the agreement day which will be a few months. Kindly have them carefully treat and respect the people. This is in response to complaint ID # ********.The member, ************, had not emailed me as stated, and this letter was my first indication of the issue. I spoke with ***** in our membership department who was the person who met with **** when he signed up in February and got the full story from her. We have recently changed ownership in September of 2022 and since that time we have not been selling annual commitment memberships as we knew we would be raising dues, and have only sold month to month memberships since the ownership change. We've also been letting members know that a dues increase would be coming when they signed up. At the beginning of March a letter went out to all members letting them know of the new pricing structure for membership and that we were now resuming our annual prepaid memberships with a 10% discount. I have sent a email to ********** responding as well.Thank you,
