I received a sales call from an employee of Lending 3, who did not identify himself. I told him I was not interested in their services, and he got belligerent and began arguing with me. I again stated I was not interested and hung up. He immediately called back from a different number and was belligerent and argumentative, I told him I was definitely not interested in doing any business with him and hung up again. He called back immediately a third time from a third number. I gave the phone to my husband, and the man from Lending 3 asked to speak to the owner of my home and gave the full address, and immediately began complaining that I would not listen to him. My husband asked him what he wanted so we could complete the call and he would leave us alone. The man stated "You don't know who you're talking to", my husband said "an assh**e apparently" and the Lending 3 employee stated "Oh, I'm an assh**e? I wouldn't say that to someone who can be at your house in 5 minutes. See you soon." And hung up. I felt afraid and threatened. My husband locked all our doors, and we immediately contact the parent company. I spoke to ********* who was very polite and apologetic, and said she would report immediately to the owner, I asked for a callback to let me know if the owner would get in touch with me, but I did not hear back.Business response

I actually just spoke to Ms. ***** She explained the entire situation and I am looking into this on my side and said I would let her know if I had any additional information. I did give her my personal information as well so in case she has any future questions she could reach out to me.

We were contact by ************************* who told us we qualified for a refinance with cash back to pay off other bills leaving us with one monthly payment. Pulled our credit, had us sign documents just like we were ready for a closing. We sent him all kinds of documents with our information on them. Them one day he ghosted me and after 3 days sent me a message he had the stomach flu the reason he hadnt called. This is when the texting began. Another person with Lending 3 started talking to me asking for more info. I finally received a phone call that we couldnt be financed because our mortgage wasnt seasoned . This all put us in a really bad place as we were told not to pay any of our bills as we were closing! What a joke this company is!!! If they call you HANG UP!!!!! RUN!!!!!!! Really bad way to treat a veteran! But guess they dont care!!!!!!Initial Complaint

Lending 3 Mortgage called us, we never reached out. My husband did the application process. The rep told us that we could refinance a mobile home in a park (land not owned) FHA. They took our information, had us pay for an appraisal, had the appraisal done and then emailed us back that they can't complete the transaction as we don't own the land when they were told up front. The will not return our calls. Part of the refinance was to also pull some not all equity to pay off some of our debt. Many creditors were called to obtain payoffs, now we have to continue on as normal. They had Property Rate Appraisal contact us about the appraisal which is also based out of ********** just as Lending3 website says. Not 100% sure if they are an actual company.Business response

We apologize the client had paid for an appraisal when in fact we can not lend on a mobile home when the land is not owned. We will speak with the representative to make sure they are properly trained on our lending requirements. We would like to offer a refund of the appraisal cost that the clients had incurred.
