A man called and rudely demanded to know my name. I asked him who he was attempting to contact. From the get-go he started talking over me. I asked him who he was and the reason for his call. Eventually he told me his name was *****************. He was trying to bully me into giving him personal debt information with a high pressured sales pitch. When I asked him what he needed the information for he attempted to belittle me and hung up. I called the number back I reached a person who said his name was ****** and refused to give a last name. He, also, began bullying and talking over me. Because I refused to give any information he hung up. I called back, reached him again and asked for someone in charge of the call center. He told me there was over 300 people there and then the bullying started again. I hung up on him this time. I called the phone number listed on Lending 3 website, ************, which is no longer working.Review from tiffany m

Extremely rude- pushy and inconsiderate of any questions. The guy that called me today kept talking over me and interrupting me as I sought to understand why he called. When I told him I wasn't interested in taking equity out of my home- he became very argumentative and insulted me. Very unprofessional and I can't imagine any one would do business with an organization that is represented by someone like this.Review from Melissa L

Recieved a call today which we are on the do not call list. I stated several times I was not interested in their services but this guy was rude and persistent. My husband just got out of the hospital and we did not need this person trying to convince us we need their services when I already am in a debt negotiation program. I had to raise my voice and scream over the top of him several times we were not interested do not call us again. Then I hung up, and blocked the number minutes later I get a voicemail message saying"*******( which is not my name) your voicemail message is very reasonable but on the phone you turned into a screaming hellion so we will call you back later"! This is harassment and not appreciated When I say I am not interested people need to respect that and end the call not continue to pressure me into doing business with them, harrass me and continue to call back. Poor business ethics and I would never do business with Lending 3 nor would I recommend them to anyone.Review from M. H

Just got cold called by these folks. I was told about a program called Clean Slate something, that pulls up nothing on a quick internet search. I was told that it was a program about wiping debt and taking extra money out of Xmas. When I told this guy that I was all sorted and not interested, he asked me what that meant to me. I told him a was not interested, he followed with but what does you be sorted mean to you? I then raised my voice (since he clearly hadn't heard me) and said, "I'm not interested and you need to take me off your call list" and hung up. He called right back, I declined the call, and I get the following voicemail: "Yes busy, I'm sure. I asked you a question. You didn't answer it at all. You just raised you voice and got off the phone. You are very rude and I'm still going to need an answer to that question. So, I will still be calling you." Absolute vultures. I feel for people who are actually looking for help and get caught up with this company. Also- did they seriously respond below to someone's complaint with personal information on a public forum?! This company needs to go. I wish I could leave zero stars.Review from Lewis M

*************************** with Lending 3 called us about wiping out our debt using the value of our home. When I asked him to remove our name and number he said he wouldn't and starting speaking very harsh to me. I am a caregiver to a disabled veteran and don't need any stress like that. I felt he was trying to intimidate us and was very aggressive.Review from Adam L

Received a call about refinancing and taking cash out. Was hassled and talked down to after telling them I am at ****% and have no other debts higher than that needing to be paid off. Was then told I was a f***ing idiot and I need to go off myself. Completely unsolicited and unacceptable phone call from them when trying to get new customers.Review from Mark M

Worst people EVER. Seriously lied to this Disabled Veteran and nobody ever calls you back. I was approved for everything, they lied to me. You're closing next week by Friday, a continuous lie, never closed and here it's Friday again. Absolute worst customer care I've ever seen.Lending 3 Inc Response

********************, I apologize that you feel this way I do know that myself as well as the sales manager both tried making contact with you and were unsuccessful. I wanted to take a minute and explain what happened internally and why we could not get your loan closed so you have all the facts. Let me start by saying we take pride in the service we are providing veterans and in this case unfortunately as much as we wanted to, we were unable to get the deal done for you. After going through our notes I see that you during the application process you indicated to the *** that your home was worth about $60,000 more then the actual appraised value we were given by VA certified appraiser and the loan was initially structured based on that higher figure which had us paying off all but 2 credit cards. After receiving the signed application we requested an appraisal through the VA portal per VA requirements. The appraisal came in too low for us to be able to do what we initially spoke about in fact he value given was only enough to cover the first mortgage and in this case that simply was not enough of a benefit to move forward with the refinance. After **** the sales manager spoke to you about this we decided to try and ask the VA a reconsideration of value which was submitted on 4/28. That reconsideration request was denied on May 4, and **** left you a message letting you know our request for more value was denied by the VA and on May 6 you called into the office left **** a voicemail asking about closing and **** and myself tried several times to reach you several times after receiving that voicemail on May 6 to make sure you were aware as it stands we are not able to do a cash out loan for you and since your current rate on the first mortgage is lower then anything we can offer at this time, you were better off staying where you are, and to build some more equity by making all mortgage payments on time, that VA appraisals are good for 6 months but if after 6 months, if you wanted to give it another shot we could try again. He was not able to connect with you and said he did leave you a voicemail explaining and asked for you to call him. As much as we wanted to make this work for you and as hard as we tried it didn't work out.
