      I purchased HID's for my ***** Equinox on May 29th, 2024 and the wrong bulb was sent. I sent them an email to exchange the bulbs for the correct bulbs. I sent the bulbs to the exchange location but HID Nation won't correspond with me anymore. I've sent them numerous emails to no avail so I'm contacting you to resolve my situation with a refund!

      Ordered a headlight bulb which stopped working less than 1 year I received it and installed it. I contacted the company about the 1 year warranty advertised on their website and received no response.

      I ordered HID headlight and fog light bulbs using their search engine provided by them on their web site. they stated that these bulbs would work and be a direct fit for my vehicle. when they arrived there was no directions provided for installation nor a phone number for support. after several emails only one reply from them asking a stupid question about what my make and model was. they already knew this info because I gave them my order number. so I asked for a return authorization and again no response they have a horrible return policy where you can't get your money back they give a gift card for the balance left after subtracting the shipping both ways and a 10% restocking charge for their mistake. they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law but they probably hang out with ************************, and ***** snorting coke, partying with illegals with *************** windfalls.I read your BBB policy, so I don't expect this to go anywhere! you sound like your as corrupted as this company! have a great day! the only good thing that could possible be said about HID Nation is they are not located in ******.

      **************** unresponsive to my request to return set of HID bulbs for credit to purchase LED bulbs from them. They wont offer full refund either. Only a credit. Purchased LED bulbs from another company already. Im not even concerned about the loss of money just cant stand a business that doesnt have integrity and proper customer service.

      I used their website by the headlights it so they would need ordered them when they came in. They were the wrong headlights. Ive done everything I can to contact them with their email and everything with no response. is it the right one is coming or figure it out. The order was placed me on my wifes phone so it is under her name

      Purchased 4 tires from HIDNation.com at a price of $107.07 per tire for 31x10.5R15 ******** Wrangler tires. I received an email from HIDNation.com that they cancelled and refunded the order as they did not have enough stock to fulfill the order. In fact, you can still order the same tire at double the price of $215.71 per tire. I would like this company to honor their advertised price and stop engaging in deceptive advertising practices.

      I purchased an led conversion kit for my daughter's vehicle. When it came it was too big to fit underneath the dust covers on the headlights. I sent them back and purchased the led bulbs with the fans that sit flush. Those fit just fine. When I requested a refund they issued me a gift card for $117 and change. I don't need anything else from this place so it's $117 of uselessness! I already purchased a replacement so wtf is my money being held hostage?!

      I ordered HID headlights for my car. It didn't work out as I needed the conversion kit. I ended up ordering the conversion kit along with the appropriate headlights then started a refund only to find out they will only do an e-gift card. I then tried canceling my order so I could use the e-gift card and they told me the order had already been shipped even though I had tried to cancel the order 5 minutes after placing the order. There is no way it had already shipped. The HID Conversion Kit also is not working on my vehicle so I do need to return this as well. I currently have approximately $230 stuck into this. I don't think it is right for a company to not refund credit card purchases when they are purchased and returned right away. After reading reviews on here I wish I never would have done business with this company. A reputable company doesn't take people's money and not offer refunds other than an e-gift card for their store that will expire in 1 year if not used.
