HID Nation has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered an HID kit from them. By the time I received the kit, I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they don't offer refunds, they'll give me an *** number( which they never gave me) to ship it back for store credit, the customer has to pay for the shipping back to the factory, will be charged a restocking fee, and will only offer store credit. I never opened the box and asked for an *** number to send it back. Not only have I not received the *** number, after requesting it and requesting a response over 5 emails over the last 2 weeks, they won't even respond to me emails period. They only responded to the very first email I sent that said they don't offer refunds etc. Hopefully someone sees this email before deciding to do any sort of business with HID Nation. They have left me no choice but to take further action to get a full refund.Review from Ryan W

Product lasted a week, cant call to speak to anyone . The email responded by asking me to ask installer to all sorts of things after he had already did multiple test to conclude their product was issue. Best part youll spend around half to ship and you have to pay for return shipping. Now remember if youre paying an installer , cost will just keep growing . Find an installer and purchase from them . Their **************** sucks!!! I purchased a set for my 1999Jeep Cherokee about two years ago. I emailed them several times a few months ago, attaching a copy of my sales order, to purchase 2 new bulbs because one of the original bulbs had burned out. I never heard from them and every time I called their customer service number I got a busy signal no matter what time of day or night. I said s**** 'em. I was surfing Amazon to look for a replacement and I got an email from them saying they saw me looking for LED bulbs and asked me what I was interested in. I filled out the order inquiry and even attached a copy of my original sales order, telling them what I'd like to order. They claim to answer all correspondence within ************************************ two. I sent that on 7/4 and have yet to hear from them even though I've resent the order several times more. Stay clear of these thieves, they don't want your patronage, they just want your money. in my opinion, 1 Star is being too generous.Review from Mark B

Terrible customer service! Canceled an order that happened by mistake right after it happened. They claimed that they never got the email until after product shipped and would only give me store credit. They did not do the right thing by giving refund when the order was canceled before it was shipped. Will NEVER do business again with HID Nation!Review from Justin S

Connector not wired properly! Had to take pins out and re build. Super not happy with the customer service and emails I received. Had to mess around to figure out why these were not working. And the customer service team told me how they did not build them incorrectly. They are like that and I have to turn the connector 180. For sure will not be buying again the customer is always right. And In this case these idiots dont know how to build a connector properly. Positive doesnt go to negative by the way team. Build ur s*** proper

We apologize that it was confusing, but reversing the polarity by plugging it in upside down is super common technique for any HID or LED (from any company or manufacturer) as these are aftermarket lights not factory OE. Reversing the polarity still keeps the kit plug and play and avoids you having to switch the pins around and do the guess work, so we wish you would have contacted customer service before doing so! We have a reversing polarity explanation on our ******* channel, as well as all the HID companies!
