I reached out about a female Lacerta and worked out a deal to buy one. I paid upfront the same day. I was contacted the next day saying to be prepared for a lizard to come in the mail by the day after, ****** told me he was going to send her out and then forward me the tracking number. This never happened and they proceeded to ghost me even though several attempts to contact them. A full week passed and I finally get a response after again texting to try to find the status of my lizard. They told me they had sold my lizard to someone else in the store and that they had more females around but would not right their own mistake by selling me one. I was issued a refund instead.The issue is the rarity of the lizard and the fact that I have been looking for months for this thing just to have them ******* it out from under my feet for what I can only assume was worth more. They got to hold and potentially invest and liquidate my money for that whole week period and I end up with nothing except disappointment. My research into this place since has uncovered that they are a particularly nasty pet shop that treats their animals even some customers from what I have read very poorly. I would like them to be held accountable for their action. A business shouldn't be able to falsely promise you a product and then tell you they sold it a week later to someone else. The whole thing seems misleading and fishy to me and they should be held accountable for what they do in that shop to people and animals. I will be contacting plenty of other agencies about this. I seek their shut down for correction.
