      First of all, Thank you Local Splash. I don't understand how this company has any negative reviews. They are extremely efficient and professional. We struggled to get our ****** business account verified for over a year. after many failed attempts we hired Local Splash and less than 3 days we had our account verified. They're helping me out with our social media and even helping out with updating our website. They have been realistic with me from the gate and I don't expect any miracles. **** wasn't built in a day. Everything thing they have told me they were going to do they have done. I'm confident our companies will have a long lasting business relationship.

      Terrible experience. I no longer have an active ****** business account due to them asking me to use multiple addresses trying to get myself ****** guarantee certified. I have lost thousands of dollars in revenue from this. They do not make you a website on your actual account. They will instead link it to their own website somewhere and not let you know where so when you cancel services you will not have a website you paid for. When I called for explanations on what is going on I ended up with multiple answers all conflicting with each other. Your information will be outsourced to ***** as well. Stay away. Save yourself the headache and hire anyone else.

      STAY AWAY. Do not fall for that "a top spot in your industry and location just became available" sales pitch. Horrible company. I've been with them for 3 months and they still don't have my website up on my ****** Business Profile! An SEO company that cannot even do that blows my mind. I will give them this, after a few months I did start to show up on the top of ****** listings, however, the website button was not there for customers to contact me. When I called about these issue, or numerous other issues, nothing EVER gets resolved. Even as something as simple as changing the profile picture of my ****** Business Profile. I understand ****** has an algorithm and it takes time, but for 3 months for my website was not published on my ****** Profile, what good does being at the top of the ****** business list so people can't view my site?They're a ****** partner so they can communicate with ****** technicians. If I ran an SEO company & a customer was paying me $299/month I would make access to my customers website #1 priority. They take complete control of your accounts, nothing gets done, and then I can't even add Managers to my Business Profile (to try and resolve to problem with my website builder) because they make themselves the primary owner of the ****** Business Profile. The sales rep tells me she's giving me her direct cell because I told her I want to work with a business where I can have a point of contact, that was a lie. I feel lied to, and that promises were made that were no where near to met. **************** the technicians are great. Local Splash is full of empty promises. Luckily my small business has been successful, but I feel bad for the other small business's who are victims of Local Splash's deception. The root of the problem is their saleswoman ensures you of all of your worries and makes promises, then the technicians are left to deal with the mess. A+ BBB review is only because they respond to complaints, not because of their services.

      This Company is a SCAM Look at the picture, first thing he does is delete my phone number from Facebook.So they promise everything, once they have control of your accounts, they s**** everything up!What kind of Business does this? Wheres the money in it?!!So you will get all kinds of calls, because they blast your phone number all over the internet. I got calls asking for so many different businesses it was crazy.Steer clear of this company,They have 4 stars for a reason, they want to take your ******* dollars and leave you on the side of the road like a used condom.I call Evil Oh and Thanks ****! You are very trustworthy.... NOT Good Luck with that Karma bro ;) and the rest of You "Liars and Cheaters will be Deleted " - Karma

      Just want people to know that it's impossible to cancel billing for this company. If you, for some ungodly reason, decide to do business with Local Splash, the only way you can cancel your membership is through disputing the transaction through your credit card provider. Local Splash claims that they provide a hassle free cancellation, but in actuality, they don't have any staff at their company to handle cancellations.

On 8/26/2022, you paid Local Splash $149 to activate your services. Future billing amounts will be billed automatically to the credit card on file and are listed below. Please note this will be a recurring charge. Initially a cost of $149.00. Here is also the digital signature by you *******: The above Terms and Conditions have been accepted by ************************* on 08/26/2022 11:20 AM from IP Address 47.40.17.244. Here is our policy for canceling which is also disclosed on the Terms and Conditions. You may cancel our services at any time by contacting Client Support. It is best practice to call no less than 3 days in advance to ensure the recurring payment is not processed. Upon cancellation you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of cancellation. *******, after auditing your account it seems that we did not receive any cancel request from you in any of our platforms, Phone, Chat, Email or Text. We canceled your account after speaking to you because you requested your Credit Card to start a Chargeback on the recurring payment of $149.00 collected on 9/26/2022. We do encourage that if you do have any proof of communication prior to 10/7/2022 (which is when we spoke to you and canceled your account) to attach a screenshot and we will be sure to remedy anything needed on our end.       I got a call from this business in ************************************************************************* the first three months and it has never happened. The deal was month to month, no contract, so I decided to cancel my membership with them and just last month I find out Im still being charged since then to now, with no website online or anything. I called their customer service and the answer was they offered me two months charge and one month free instead of reimbursement, and the deal was $299 a month so basically this company has taken $6000 for doing nothing, they said Id get a call from the manager and I never got one, so be aware with this company and check your credit card statements if youve ever has business with them at any time.

We spoke to you back on July 24th, 2019 in regards to the progress and outcome of your account. We explained our process and policies and offered you options as well as a free month of service to continue. You at that time requested to have your website content taken down until further instructions from you. We continue the optimization on ******* we never heard from you in regards to the website. No cancelation request after July 24th, 2019. As we continued the optimization online for your business, you were able to gain 235 ****** actions. No communication from you in regards to a cancellation until July 28th, 2022.
