We traded in our car for a 2013 ***** Odyssey. Weve had it less then 8 months the radiator, engine, and the transmission is no good. It would cost more to fix it than the van is worth. I think they knew all of the problems with the van and they didnt disclose this to us. Now we do not have any vehicle to get us around to our doctors appointments or to the grocery store. We are both on a fixed income due to disability.Business response

It is unfortunatly that there vechicle broke down months later after the sale? Customer was very happy when we sold them there van! Customer was referred by there neighbor due to that we treated them great! I wish customer would have qualified for a extended warranty? We would never sell a vehicle known that it has issues. We sell all our vehicles "AS IS" with customers signatures and we explain to customer that they are buying a vehicle "AS IS'. it is unfortunate that there vehicle has had mechanical issues months later after the sale, that is the last thing that anyone wants to happen.Initial Complaint

Made a agreement to make payments on the balance of the down payment and after they received my account information they took Al of the balance of the down payment even though we had a agreement. They took the money out of my account without my permission. So now I have to proceed in court to get this money back. I have proof that we made a agreement.Business response

Ae 10 meses compre una garantía. La cual nunca se me informo que no era directamente de ford sino de terceras vendedor..ahora mi troca tiene un problema en la cadena del tiempo yo ***** mi reclamo com ellos y me dijeron que no iva cubrir por que no se isieron los servicios atiempo. El problema está que en ningún momento me avisaron y tampoco está en el contrato de que le tenia que aser el cambio de aceite a ciertos millages, ami solo el vendedor me dijo que conservara los recibos de tales servicios y es lo que hise...ahora disen que no pueden cubrir esa parte pk supuestamente los servicios no se hicieron a tiempo, se le hizo sus servicios cuando el sistema prendió la luz de que ya lo necesitaba y es ahí cuando se le hizo...yo hable directamente ala garantía de ford y me avisaron que no tienen ninguna información sobre esta aseguradora..UN representante hablo a consecionario sierra auto center de fresno ca..y el señor ********* le dijo que esta aseguradora no cubría esta parte. Cuando ami desde ase más de una semana me están diciendo que no cubre por lo mencionado anteriormente de los servicios..ami nunca me comunicaron de que están rechazando el reclamo pk no cubre esa parte..ami me dijeron una cosa y ellos dijeron otra cosa al representante de la ford..tengo dos semanas sin trabajo y sin carro y hasta la fecha no e recibido ninguna solución de parte de ellos y tampoco an llamado para llegar a un acuerdo..por favor necesito ayuda para resolver este asunto y esto que para mi es un fraude lo que están asiendo al no comunicar bien las cosas al tiempo de agregar una aseguradora..el señor juan Garza..número de teléfono #*** *** **** extensión/ ***** es la persona que hablo con ellos directamente es el representante de la aseguradora de ford..Business response

Customer warranty was not able help in the repair due to gap in services. There were 11,701 miles put in between oil changes.
