Run as fast as you can. Do not use this company. I engaged them during the pandemic. First I tried them out by paying for articles. The samples were good enough and I was told I would have the same writers. We were supposed to start writing my book in the Fall of 2020, but the communication was non-existent and then if and when it happened, it only proceeded by distant emails. They promised to deliver a Table of Contents, but instead sent a few paragraphs of their understanding of my book. I emailed them to request the promised Table of Contents (because how can you start writing a book without it), and received no reply. Months passed. They said it was my responsibility to follow-up with them and since I didn't I had to pay another $500. I was told that the work is written by Pakistani writers, which I liked because I felt they would be more on top of grammar than I would. I was wrong. Not only am I eceiving an author that I didn't approved, but they finally sent me some thing months after and re-engaging them and it was loaded with adverbs and sophomoric perspectives on a complex matter.Communication is sporadic. I have still never been able to communicate directly with the writer. As you can imagine, writing the book under these circumstances is challenging at best. They have taken my money and when I tried to engage them to continue the project, they demanded more or they wound't move forward. I sent them more and now they have given my project to a person who I never approved and who turned all of the work I provided them into a mess. I still don't hear from them and have to continually follow-up with them, even though I am the client. I would like my money back so I can re-engage a different organization. I have 5 books I want to have written and it has been 2 years and I still haven't been able to get to the table with them regarding the very first. Thank you for listening and supporting consumers.
