      I ordered bras and they do not fit. I have tried to return them for a refund.       I ordered a lamp from a ******** ad. The store was called Jampastry. I orded this item around February 14th. I recieved an update on March 13 that read: Your parcel's status has changed Your order number is 16129S36048 and the product name is ??Last Day 49% OFF??Colorful Floor Lamp - Bohemian Light?Starry sky. The tracking number is: ********************. We checked that your package logistics status has been updated. Now the package logistics status is: transit. Detail status of the logistics:****,89520,*************,The shipment is in transit in the country of *************.It sat in **** for weeks until I finally reached out to the company. After several emails back and forth, they gave me another tracking number and claimed that my package was rejected by customs. Today is April 11 and the package has not moved since April 2. The email response I get is this:***** for your email. We are so sorry for what happened.The shipping company reported that your parcel had been rejected by the Customs somehow.Our warehouse got this report too, they already changed the parcel and the declaration form. The tracking number of your new parcel is: LR039754789CN You can track it with this link: ************************** It will have updates soon. Please kindly accept our sincere apology. I have not received what I ordered. **************** had the audacity to request additional money for them to send a replacement order.If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.I asked for a refund which was denied.

      I purchased eyelashes that are marketed that they dont need any glue on 12/31 for *****. I purchased 8 packs of eyelashes. The company says that you dont need glue and that they are reusable. 6 packs didnt stick at all, one pack stuck but it not reusable and one pack wouldnt unstick from the package until it ripped off the sticky gel part. I contacted the company several times. The first few times they offered me a refund of $4 after saying they had to go back and forth with their boss. I denied that and they said the most they can refund is $12 on a nearly $85 purchase of their faulty product. I advised that was unacceptable and they havent responded in a week.

      Its been 2 months since I placed an order -well in time for Christmas- for a football and basketball. I was given updates for the first week then nothing unless I ask. Each time I request status, I am told I just placed my order and it tells me the purchase is clearing customs in *******. This after indicating the order is in ********. 2 wks ago it was in **********. The ** is in **********-why were my products in *******? My grandson ***** received his gift more than 30 days since Christmas.

      I ordered a gift box from a ******** ad for my daughter. The one I received was for a niece. I sent a picture to customer support who suggested I just write a note in my handwriting instead. I respectfully rejected that and requested a solution to match the advertisement or a refund. I was offered 3 dollars as compensation. I rejected that and was then told the warehouse in ***** "double confirmed" that I received the correct item and was then offered 4 dollars. What a joke. My only niece died last year so I can't even give it to her.
