Date of the Transaction: November 10, 2023.Amount Paid: $24,214.30.Business Commitment: The dealership committed to selling a used 2020 **********, presented with a Carfax report. The vehicle was advertised as being in good working condition, with an expected charging range of 256 miles.Nature of the Dispute: The main issue is the vehicle's actual charging capacity, which is significantly less than advertised (190 miles vs. 256 miles). The car also frequently displays error messages like "can't connect to charger" or "can't charge" when attempting to charge. These limitations and issues were not disclosed at the time of purchase.Business's Attempt to Resolve: The dealership has stated that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle, even after being shown the error messages and charging issues.Account/Order/Tracking Number: VIN: ***************** Advertising Issue: The vehicle was advertised on the dealership's website. The online advertisement emphasized the vehicle's features, including its charging range, which was a significant factor in my decision to purchase.
