I rent through hertz for Uber. I pay a weekly amount of $380. I recently saw an unusual charge on my credit card, they told me it was due to a system error from 08/31-09/2 where they didn't charge me.Then they changed the story and said it was from December to January.That didn't make sense to me because I've never missed a payment with them so I immediately knew something wasn't right. When I contacted the billing department to go over my transactions I was told by 2 separate people that they couldn't find record of me missing any payments and that I was up to date. On February 7th I saw they charged me $636.36.Customer response

I rent through hertz for Uber. I pay a weekly amount of $380. I was able to find proof of payment for that week, then the dates changed to January. That didnt make sense to me because Ive never missed a payment with them. When I contacted the billing department to go over my transactions I was told by two separate people that they couldnt find any record of me missing payments and that I was up to date. On February 7th I saw they charged me $636. *** sent in all of my receipts for all dates and theyve stopped responding.
