    Bought a USB-C hub B6L3011XON 10/3/2023 AND IT'S NOW STOPPED WORKING. IT'S NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS AND THE PRODUCT FAILED TO WORK. THE TORE WON'T TAKE RETURN AS THE RETURN TIME LIMIT IS OVER NOW BUT THE PRODUCT HAS A 2 YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO SIIG'S SUPPORT PAGE, TRIED CALLING BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE AT ALL.NOT SURE IF THIS COMPANY STILL EXISTS AND IT IT IS THEY ARE VERY BAD IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE. I NEED THE **** PRICE REFUNDED/REPLACED ASAP.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The business never responds to warranty questions either via their support page or phone. It's frustrating that they respond to the BBB complaints but not directly to the customers. I have sent 3 support tickets with NO RESPONSE yet. Any ways here are the details:

    Part # SIIG B6L3011X **-H30612

    Purchased from ******* sometime during March, 2023. I do not have the receipt with me.

    Please provide an email to communicate directly, if possible.

    I received the same questions directly from the business asking me to provide additional info, which I did. I have been asked to wait until yesterday for a confirmation on the refund but haven't received anything yet. Hope, they will honor their decision.
