            I ordered two items from Relief Scientists 7/25/20 and they were never received. During 2020 and 2021, I continually emailed and called the company, but I have never received the two items or the $154.14 that I paid for them. During the process, I received emails indicating that the items had been delivered despite the fact that they had not been delivered. I continued to try to contact the company during the pandemic, thinking that the lack of response was due to Covid safety protocols. However, I realized they had issues when I checked with the BBB last year. I thought I had filed the complaint with you then. In case it did not get processed during Covid 19, I am filing it in the hopes that I can obtain a refund. I have attached the order summary to this file.
