I'm so sorry that "eRecords USA" was mixed up with "E-Records.us" because I was scammed, too, as well. Again, apologies to your company. I was just one unfortunate customer who was misled and deceived by this company. Their website has the robot chat service and they have customer service representative (human being), as well, when I called the number below.I want to clarify to everyone here that the CORRECT website/company in question is "E-Record.us (E-Records Social Security Card Filing Assistant) or https://e-records.us/I was able to talk to a young lady on the phone number given at their 'Contact' page. She said, she would call me up after she got a response from their billing department. Sounded like a big company .... business? = Mislead and deceive people and get people to pay a lot to process their Social Security Card 'in the comfort of their homes.' Just filling out the form cost $37.00, which we can do ourselves for FREE. Download the form and fill it out ourselves online/PDF Filler or on a typewriter or by pen. Then, more amounts $$$$ to pay for processing your SS Card application. They had an amount / a fee for every job they offered.I just received a call back from the young lady who promised to call me back as soon as she received a response from the billing department. She processed my FULL REFUND that should be back on my account in **** business days. I told her that if I don't receive it, they will surely hear from me. When I told them that I filed a 'dispute' at my bank, she asked me to cancel it. But I said that I won't until they give me a full refund. So, when she called me back after she spoke with the billing department, that's what we did.Their response email addresses had different extensions, which only means that they are not a legit business/company that is in operation.Here, below, are their top Home Page punch lines:"Save a trip to the ********************** Apply from the comfort of your home We'll Send You Everything You Need, So You Never Have to Leave Home"Here, below, is in RED at the very top of the Home Page:"E-Records is a private entity and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SSA."Hope my information helped everyone concerned on all sides of the cases reported here.Just want to help. It was such a dilemma for everybody. I understand.I looked up this company, "eRecords USA," that was mistaken for the Social Security Card Processing SCAM : "E-Records.us." It has a totally different set of services. ... Not a pinch of the Social Security Card processing services at all. They have a NICE website, I should say. I can't say anything much about it because I had not used their service ever yet. But after looking at their site, when I have the money, I may try their service. Thanks for reading.

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. We have so many customers who call us also and dont want to hear us out. We are also a harrassed party here.
