My son completed their online training in August we waiting for the certificate nothing ever came, I contacted the company April 13, 2023 to send the certificate because drivers test is May 4, 2023. I offered to pick up certificate twice the owner stated he would mail it out never, four days before exam owner had not sent certificate told come get it.Initial Complaint

On 6/16/2022, I registered my daughter *********************************** for online driver education and paid $15.00 for the course. She completed the entire course on 10/1/2022. It has now been two weeks and she has not yet received her **************** Certificate DMV Form DL400C. Their website said it would take **** days. I had to cancel her appointment to take her driver permit test since we had not received her certificate yet.On 10/7/2022 I submitted an inquiry through their website to find out the status. On 10/11/22 I emailed the company to inquire the status of receiving the certificate. On 10/12/22, I called and left a voicemail message, then I texted since the voicemail ******** stated to send a text for quicker response. Until today 10/15/22, I still have not received a return call or response to email, nor have we received the certificate. I would either appreciate receiving the certificate DMV Form DL400C or a refund for the $15. I have attached a screenshot of the completed course.Initial Complaint

on 5/27/2022 i paid $420.00 for 6 hrs of driving lessons for my grandson. The first session was scheduled and completed. Multiple attempts have been made by grandson and myself to schedule the other 2 sessions (total of 4 hrs) these requests were made by text and online. we have not received any response.I sent a letter to the business on 9/10/22 requesting a refund for $280.00 for services not provided. Still no response. We have had to provide the instruction by other means. I have the receipt copy of the text messages, and of the letter sent.partial refund of total payment made.Customer response
