Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Ningbo Kaabo ******************** Electric Scooter Safety and Quality Issues Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ningbo Kaabo ****************** concerning a series of critical safety and quality issues I have experienced with their Kaabo Wolf electric scooter. Below are the details of the problems that have occurred:Fire Hazard: Alarmingly, the scooter caught on fire, which not only endangered my safety but also posed a significant risk to property around it. This incident indicates a severe defect in the product.Steering Mechanism Issue: The steering notch on the scooter is loose, compromising the vehicle's maneuverability and increasing the risk of accidents.Charger Malfunction: The included charger for the scooter is non-functional, rendering it impossible to recharge the scooters battery efficiently.Battery Design Flaw: The removable battery is extremely difficult to attach and detach, indicating poor design and potentially hazardous handling.Defective Charging Port: The charging port on the scooter is defective, which further complicates the charging process and contributes to the inability to use the scooter as intended.These issues not only violate consumer trust but also demonstrate a lack of adherence to acceptable standards of product safety and quality. The severity and range of these defects suggest systemic failures in both the manufacturing process and the final product inspection stages at Ningbo Kaabo ******************.Given the dangerous nature of the defects and the potential risks they pose, I seek immediate intervention from the Better Business Bureau to address these serious concerns with Ningbo Kaabo ******************.
