I purchased a RAV Power Bank off of Amazon in March of 2021. The warranty is 18 mothers and RAV power has been no help and will not honor the warranty and passes the buck stating Amazon will need to do the warranty issue. Amazon states this is not their issue (I agree) since its a manufacturer warranty. I have gotten no where with RAVPower.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on December 15 (*****) for an item advertised as in stock. It was advertised as in stock before, during, and after my order, including multiple marketing emails advertising a sale on the same and additional products. I have emailed about ten times to follow up. Sesame has answered a few of my emails, the rest were completely ignored. Sesame, when responding in writing, has lied in every email sent. On 12/21: "We pushed an update to the warehouse colleagues upon your order. Please don't worry, we have already escalated this request to the warehouse, and we will extra staff to deal with these pending orders."I have asked five times when the order would ship. Every one of those emails were ignored. All five emails. On 12/28, Sesame stated "we have applied a 15% VIP" refund. Not will apply, but have applied. As in past tense. As of today, no one has followed through with that written statement. They have not applied a refund in any amount. As of today, no one has replied to my email asking when they will take the action stated ************ was fired by Amazon.com for engaging in fraud (purchasing 5-star reviews) and they clearly haven't learned their ******* I am owed approximately $20, their "VIP" refund offer, and this complaint will not be resolved until I receive the product and the refund promised in writing. I tried to resolve directly but this company is actively engaging in an ongoing pattern of fraud. My next step will be California's branch of the IRS--if consumers are being defrauded by a company charging sales tax, I will ask them to investigate allocation of these funds being charged to consumers.Initial Complaint

I haven't purchased anything from this business/done business with them, but they've been email spamming me for weeks claiming I actively signed up to receive targeted marketing emails. This false; I never requested to be added to marketing email blasts/lists/etc.Initial Complaint

My Portable Charger USB C RAVPower Power Bank with AC Outlet 80W 20000mAh 30W PD External Battery Pack Emergency Backup Power Supply for Laptop MacBook Pro iPad Pro iPhone Galaxy stopped working after less than a year of having it, which is very disappointing since I use it for my business trips, etc.
