Purchase date December 12th 2022 Purchase price ****** Item purchased Dream Glass Flow Flow Ultimate Set On December 12th I purchased the item from the company. At that time an estimated 2-3 weeks was said to be the shipping time. On December 20th I reached out because the item was not yet shipped and just looking for an update. I got no response and on 12/28 I sent another follow up email asking for an update since it still had yet to be shipped and again no reply. On January 2nd I put in a refund request through PayPal because that was my payment method for the purchase. Surprise surprise they replied to that. They have a big long message about delays because of Covid in ***** where the product is made. They said We have your product thoroughly sanitized for COVID, packed and ready to go.We have also arranged a door-to-door Express courier to take your package anytime from now. We will send the product to you immediately, if you stop or suspend the refund process.(You can see this message in the attached pictures). Me being a dummy I believed them and canceled the request through PayPal. If you didnt know you can only make 1 request per purchase EVER on PayPal so I cant do another for this. Here we are 3 weeks after they said they would immediately ship the product and its still hasnt even shipped. I reached out again to their customer service and surprisingly they responded saying they were out of stock, even though I was promised they had one ready to go for me. They said we can send you a different version with less RAM but more memory to make up for it. I said sure thats a fair compromise. That was on 1/14 and still have not heard back after saying I would take the different one then what I paid for. As of today their site still says the item is in stock. At this point Im done with the company and just want a full refund for my purchase for their boarder line fraud, and blatant lies about my item being shipped immediately.
