on the 5th of July 2021 I started my business and I was looking for a logo design company to help create a logo for me, so I found logo mechanix online. I paid $169.99 for my logo and was assign a project manager; name ***********************, with some few attempt I finally got my logo. I remember clearly that I asked ******* if I needed to get my logo copyrighted, and he said: "NO. copyright's are not required, and you have all your original logo files, you're good". during my logo sign up process, ******* talked me into working on my website with his company, which was never my plan at first. I decided to go with a basic website for $830, which I paid for. then ******* convinced me to go with a bigger website, he said; "why don't you go with a bigger website, you have to go all out to make a better profit, in a year you will be making a million dollars". so I fell for is tricks because I wanted my business to get even bigger than amazon, because at the time we were trying to start a door to door delivery services like ****** DHL,e.t.c. I paid an additional fee of $5170 for my website bringing the total to $6000, ******* told me that I don't need to make anymore payment because my fees covers everything my website will need to compete with DHL. and I was given a time frame for 3months 1week which I accepted, later on ******* told me I must pay $1000 for the copyright of my logo, which I paid, and was told by ******* my copyright application was accepted and my certificate will be mail to me in 3 months time, ******* gave me this update more than 3 times. due to the fact that I lost all trust in him and his company I called the US copyright offices last month, and I was informed by a representative that my application was rejected back in January 06,22, I also discovered I had to pay an extra $2000 for chart integration on my website, everyday I get a call from ******* to pay more fees for my website. I currently owe my bank $8,418.94 because of my chargeback claims.

The legal name of this *************************** *********** and has side business call Online Book Writers. I signed a contract with them with a promise of 100% money back guarantee and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Blitz *********** used a business in England to charge my credit card. I grew suspicious about their business of tax evasion and fraud so I tried to cancel the payment through my Chase card but Blitz *********** said I have a contract with them and would not return my money. Blitz *********** also sold my contact information to other online book writers and I kept receiving calls from them. I called Blitz *********** and disputed the charges and the individual named ******************* who sent me the contract disappeared. I called the owner of Blitz ***********, Usam Anis and Usam Anis promised to have ******************* to return my call. Never did. I believe Usam Anis is the ******************* who scammed me. One of their staff gave me their W-9 to prove they are legitimate business.
