She asked me to send an email stating so. The webinar started at 12:00 cst and was to last for 1hr. As of now 2:21 pm after sending an email and calling, I have yet to receive login information.

Advertising: HRTrainOnline went on my organization's website (a ********* nonprofit) to obtain email addresses of staff. Without our permission, HRTrainOnline has used these addresses to send many advertisements for scam trainings. The most recent was an offer requesting our staff pay $149+ to learn how to use ChatGPT (a free tool that comes with free usage training). All attempts to block emails from hrtrainonline, unsubscribe from emails, or otherwise prevent them from emailing us have not worked, starting around 2/1/2022 through now. This month alone, HRTrainOnline has contacted our organization 89 times, each time requesting money. Attached is a summary of the emails received this month.

On 12/4 I purchased a training seminar. The business cancelled the seminar and has refused to contact me back about a refund after they were told multiple times there is no need to reschedule me

Despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe from their unsolicited emails, they continue to send me daily emails. Granted, they go to my junk folder, but I still have to clean that up every day as well, mostly because of them. I have two work email addresses that they continue to send emails to: ************************, and ***********************. I've tried (unsuccessfully) to unsubscribe from both.

On 10/06/23 I signed up for a live webinar with TrainHRLearning. After, I noticed that I selected a date/time that will not work in our schedules and sent an email right away and requested a full refund. A representative from the company responded on 10/09/23 saying that they would send the request to the finance department and would be back in touch within 24 hours. After waiting more than 24 hours, I reached back out and the representative called me right away saying that the finance department was denying the request because the event has not happened yet. The only thing they would do is a voucher to use within the next 12 months. I mentioned not wanting a voucher and would like a full refund and there is no reason to deny the request as I noticed the error right after signing up. The representative said he would be back in touch, and I have not heard back. I also noticed that there are 3 other names that this company goes by all with the same address. We signed up for a webinar last year and the webinar never occurred, and we were out the payment. I would like the full refund.

I appreciate your time and help in this matter.

After numerous requests to this company to sending me marketing emails, I continue to get them every single day. This is harassment that needs to stop. I have explained in all of my emails to multiple support address on their website - that I will never click on any link in the message to "unsubscribe" as I never requested the original message and cannot trust the source for security reasons. I tried calling the ***** # on their site as well as another option, but no one ever answers.I have sent numerous requests to have this stop and yet it still continues.
