            Without notice, they closed their door today Friday April 15th and will be closed tomorrow Saturday April 16th. Normal business hours are Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Sat: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sun: Closed. The whole point of having a relationship with Postal Annex is so a small business owner who either doesn't have an office or isn't at their office all day, has a place that is open regular business hours for deliveries. What is the point of paying for this service and paying extra for overnight delivery when you can't get your items for four days after it arrives. Very disappointed and frustrated, I'm looking for an alternate solution.

            Hi *******,I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with picking up your package over Easter weekend. I understand that you're a small business owner yourself that your relied on Postal Annex to received your *************** on your behalf, but since Covid we been open and haven't closed any days except our regular Sunday closed. (I had a family emergency & that why I had to fly back to ******* on Friday 04/15 evening) If you're not satisfied with our services & still looking for alternative solution, I'm willing to refund part of your mailbox renewal money so and have your mailbox closed.Thank you,********
