On May 15th 2023, I made a $100 deposit for a technician to check out the refrigerator to see if they can repair it. I was quoted what the problem was and they gave me an estimate over the phone with another person probably because the technicians English was not very good. So the next check was $390 and included a 30 day warranty. After the repair the problem persisted so they can out again a couple weeks later and then had to send another tech which could not speak English very well and so i had to wait for a call back for someone to call or email me back to interpret. I watched both technicians as they worked and it took them a long while to work out the problem as they seemed to look at videos from ******* which started to make me nervous that maybe they didnt have the knowlege. Once i was given the opportunity to either get another try at repair or refund, i chose a refund, which was they calculated for $290 which they said they will issue to me between **** days. However the check never came. They kept giving me the runaround and weeks went by and then said the check is on its way, another few werks went by. I called and asked them more questions about the refund check but they did not have any answer nor would call me back. I had to keep calling and writing them but no answer. I had my husband call and they said they would call me back. They keep saying they sent a check and when i asked them what was the check number or tracking number or where it was coming from they had no answer. A manager has still refused to call me back, and refuse to answer my questions. They wasted my time and energy and money. I am currently not working because i am caring for an aging relative. I cant afford a new fridge and the refund would have helped but luckily i found a reputable company who diagnosed the issue within minutes and fixed. Which leads me to think this company is a fraud who does not have the expertise or care about their customers.Initial Complaint

Called to have service on my refrigerator and over the span of an 8 hour work day three different technicians came to my home asked for cash up front and did not speak English. After all three technicians left without communicating what was done. I called the business to find out what was happening because they could not speak English. The dispatch of the company over the phone stated the service was completed but my refrigerator was still not working so that was not correct information. After arguing with the dispatch they stated that they would send another technician in three days and told me "do not speak to the technician when they arrive because they do not speak English" This was unacceptable as I paid for a service that was not fulfilled and I had to be refunded which they declined. They would not provide me a receipt or a work order for what was done or for what was supposed to be have been completed.Initial Complaint

This company replaced the compressor in February. A month later it stopped working again, they came out and cleaned the coils, it worked for a couple days, it stopped again and they had to come back. They pulled out the fridge and said wait overnight to see if it gets cold then it is an air flow issue, which worked so we dismantled the cabinet around it for airflow. That worked for two months until now. They returned today not knowing that they had serviced it before and sent out a contractor who could not complete the required work because he was not paid to do that. He said we only need to call them if it stops working again, he wasnt sure if it will continue to work. We have lost hundreds of dollars in food and I am scared to buy more and lose more money. They are not clear with their customers and at times rude.
