      I registered for a 3 Hour Live PowerPoint in August 2023. The session has been rescheduled 5 times (yes five) and not once was I notified. It's been 8 months of horrible customer service. All I want is to take the class I paid for 8 months ago. Each time the course was canceled, I've had to fight tooth and nail just to find out what was going on. Don't waste your time or money on ***********************************************

      SimpliV learn is an online scam they charged me 300$ but never provided the course. They didnt send the link to recorded class and the number on their website is inaccurate. I tried emailing them but no response

      The date that I placed an order with Simpliv was 10.06.23 for a training class on ********* Teams that they were offering on November 21, 2023. They committed to providing the training class to me but they cancelled the class and re-scheduled it for a time that I was unavailable. I have been asking for a refund from them because I could not make the time of when they rescheduled the class. The business has tried to upsell me on other classes that I did not want to take which I declined as well and kept asking for a refund. After they have not refunded after multiple asks, they have now ghosted me and are not responding to my requests for a refund. I want my money back from the class that they cancelled and re-scheduled for a time that I knew I was unavailable for long before the re-schedule class was going to take place. I gave them 6 weeks notice that I could not make the date of the re-scheduled class. I want them to refund my money.

      I receive numerous emails from this company advertising trainings. Often times I will receive multiple emails within a day. I never directly opted for emails from this organization, and I have no interest in being spammed by advertisements in my work email address everyday. None of these trainings even pertain to my job. I want this to stop immediately.

      I originally purchased a "self paced" course that consequently got cancelled. They never notified me of the cancellation. When I asked about a refund, they at first said they wouldn't ***** one. Then they said they would. They said I had to wait 15 business days for the refund, which, by the way, is 3-5 times longer than legitimate businesses (normal is 3-5 business days). After the fifteenth day, with no refund in sight, I wrote them. No answer, no refund. I want the refund.

      This firm works like an illegal scam. I have contacted the vendor multiple times about cancelling my service, but they refuse to accept my cancellation and are ignoring my requests for discussion. At first they directed me to a third party to make my request, but then the third party says they can't do anything until the Company approves the cancellation. They're just sending me in circles. No reputable company treats customers like this.

      I purchased a self paced course from Simpliv Learning on April 13, 2022 which was on sale for $4.99. The course called Start Hacking and Making Money Today at HackerOne did not show up for me to access it. I contacted support through email, on the phone, and by chat. I was told the course would appear several times on chat and that it was due to an issue with their website. When I hit a dead end with chat support I called their number which went right to voicemail. Once I emailed support I started speaking with a support rep named ***** and he essentially said the same thing. Once the refund option was no longer available the responses from ***** became sporadic. At this point they are no longer responding to my requests for a resolution or for a refund. I also can not log into the site to check for the course. When I click to log in nothing happens. I have tried from multiple computers to make sure it wasn't an issue on my end and I get the same result.

      I received an email from Simpliv about an online course that was applicable to my job ("InDesign Tables and Photo Tips and Tricks") and I signed up for the course on 4/13/22 for $199.00 with our company card. I have a receipt from Simpliv (#****-5845) as well as a course enrollment confirmation email sent on 4/13/22. The course was supposed to take place on 4/20/22 from 12:00 - 4:00 PM (EST).On 4/19/22 I received an email from **************************************** (*******************************************) saying the class had been postponed to 5/25/22 "due to unforeseen circumstances."In the original enrollment confirmation email sent on 4/13/22, it was stated that I would receive live course access details shared 24 hours prior to the class via e-mail. I received no such information yesterday (5/24/22) and was sure to check my spam folder.This morning (5/25/22), I called the number listed on their site, and was sent straight to voicemail. I then emailed the support email listed on their site ************************************ at 10:43 AM asking for details on the course that was supposed to take place at 12:00 PM. I received a response from ********************* ********************************* saying only: "Hi ******, I would like to let you know that wee are yet to confirm the ne dates with the presenter."I then realized this was a scam and told them I wanted a full refund and would be filling a complaint with the BBB.

      Enrolled on 3/2/2022 for online course "Course Title: ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Training (Include Exam Voucher)". Our company was charged in the amount of $699.99. Course is self paced and set to start at my leisure. I had access to the course materials for two days, and on the 3rd day, the course was no longer in my "My self-Paced Course" section on their website. I have called 4 times and it goes straight to voicemail. I have also sent an email with no response.
