On sept.5/2023 my lords mobile account was stolen via access to my ******** that was linked to the game. The theif then changed passwords and information used to login and effectively locked me out of my own ******** and game account. I reported to IGG customer service. They asked for certain security information to verify who i was. I gave this all to them. Then they asked for a payment made on sept.5/2023 which i did not make so cannot give them. I even offered screenshots of my account from way back. Many other players were willing to verify who i was. I had the game linked to my email which they saw but now refuse to acknowledge. I have paid alot of money to them over the years and they cant even ask for anything else to assist. They have a poor security system and they protect the theifs.Initial Complaint

IGG allowed someone from a different country to change the email address associated with my account and are refusing to help and stating that i was the one who made the changes. Ive explained to at least 5 agents that i could not have been the one who made the changes due to the fact that the person is obviously from a different country which they can see. Right after the person changed the email address they also changed the in game name as well as left the guild i was in so im unable to track them. Ive tried explaining this and all they keep giving me is the runaround. Im not the first person to complain about thisInitial Complaint

Igg has a game called lords mobile, it is a very expensive site game to play and everything costs money, they have an event there called Dragon Arena. I have been playing it since it started, it is a free place where we can have fun for 1 hour, we do not lose troops, might, we do not gain kills or anything, we never lost our prisoners, IGG did an update recently and when I went to dragon arena I lost my prisoners, completely in shock I got the screen shots from the guy who attacked me since he too knew this was not typical, I proceeded to go to igg support, I was told this was normal, but it is not normal, and we have never had this happen in the past, i can get a million people to tell you this is NOT normal for the particular event! Soon after I filed my complaint through igg I received a threatening email from them telling me I have been found to have used abusive behavior or language, which I hadn't, I asked them to please show me what they claim I did and they refused, (because I did not do anything) I simply filed a report against their dragon arena issue, now I am being threatened, the reason these prisoners is a big deal is each time I move to find a leader, it costs me **** gems, gems are extremely expensive in this game and I had 9 prisoners released, it is also extremely hard to find these prisoners, it requires hours of searching and losing them also means losing time in my altar bonus! IGG does not help with anything you bring to their attention, they take your money and will NOT investigate an issue
