Company is a complete scam with no regard for customers. I ordered packaging with the correct measurements and receiving the packaging with the seal size smaller than that was measure on the template. They were a complete pain to deal with about getting the matter resolved. I highly DO NOT recommend using them for your packaging needs.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I should not be responsible for the impact of the loss of sales and time for their negligence. At a minimum discount the order. Zero responsibility towards the fact that I PAID IN JULY AND DIDNT GET THE CORRECT ORDER UNTIL OCT.

I am rejecting this response because: You submitted files to the bank that did not include the initial discussions where your team completely messed up on the order. You of course only submitted documentation for your favor, not the full story. Im keeping my complaint, you guys are a horrible scam of a business.

It is quite regrettable that you experienced these problems with the boxes, since generally we adhere to very tight quality control procedures and do not skimp on quality. I'm happy to address this issue because faults sometimes happen throughout the printing process. In order to ensure that we will take care of this in this printing run, it would be helpful if you had any box photographs or could provide a little more detail about the specific concerns. I'm pleased to provide you a printing of your boxes as a good will gesture and to keep our business relationship strong.

We sent SEVERAL photos AND videos without any response. To ask for photos at this stage is just ridiculous. You gave us no resolution. Are you finally offering something?Business response

I can understand your point as discussed this is new management and we are ready to resolve pending issues. I would really appreciate if you can resend those images and videos one more time so this time, we will not have any issue. We are ready to reprint, and our management will personally monitor the progress, detailed discussion will help both of us to have your desired boxes.
