I was Planning a trip to Europe and I went to pannu services to get ************* in April. I gave them a call and was told to go at this address by *************** ******************************************************** as they have a office there. And i was told I need to renew my passport to get **** and the fees for passport renewal from *************** was $250 and for **** $250 and she told me she can only apply for **** after the new passport arrives. And asked if I wanted to pay for the **** upfront so she can get paperwork ready. So I Zelled her $500 and later after 2 weeks when I contacted her she told me. Oh I can only do paperwork after the passport arrives but she took money in advance. Then in June my passport arrived but I got a family problem then I couldnt go to Europe and I texted her that I got a family problem and I will not be traveling to Europe and please zelle me back my $250 which I paid advance for **** but did not get. She said ok I will refund you end of June month. Then I contact her end of June month but didnt answer phone and here husband told me that she is in ***** and will be back in end of July and will give you your refund. Then I contact her end of July first she dont pick up or reply. Then she answers and is extremely rude to me say I just got back I am tired I will call you back and said she will take a look. Then I never heard back and called her again after 5 days and I tell her I had a family problem my grandfather passed away thats why I couldnt go she said I dont care who dies I am not going to give money back you can to court and get your money shes was extremely rude and it hurt me so much that she says like that about a person who passed away and not understanding my problem and she didnt even do anything or any paperwork for **** so I should of been refunded this was over call conversation then she hung up on me and texted few mins later 30th this month I sent screenshot of her say this 3 month agoand then she says we dont have refund policy
