I purchased a packet from them for services for almost 200 dollars. There location was near my home in the ************ in ***********. I had not used my service when they moved and never notified me. They did not return my money and do not provide the service. The company does have other locations but not in ************. I called there corporate office they said they would open the *********** location and they never did. They dont answer my calls and I did not get my money back pr any of the services I purchased. I purchased a $150 (10+5 eyebrow coupon on 6/27/2019). I was out of the country for quite a lot until 4/1/2021. Also, on 4/1/2021, I was told that I don't have passes and made to purchase a $105 (7+3 coupon) which was later refunded because of incorrectly counting my passes after I raised a dispute. So for the 15 passes that I did pay for, I list my 9 visits below with dates:2/3/2022 1/13/2022 12/7/2021 11/18/2021 10/20/2021 9/18/2021 4/1/2021 (Purchase of $105 made, later refunded)2/3/2020 6/27/2019 (Purchase of $151.50 made)I should still have 6 passes remaining. ***** at Stonestown told me on 2/3/2022 that I don't have any passes left and that I should pay $20 to her, she is the same person who frauded me into buying the extra passes for $105. I have called the phone number many times at different locations including this one ************** which is their corporate headquarters but I get the answering machine every time. I also have not received any response to my complaint via email to ******************************** which is the official email listed on https://www.eyebrowplus.com/Please look into this issue urgently as this reflects very poor business practices.
