Hello,After sometime of using the Bosma smart lock, it had failed on April 5, 2024. I was locked out of my home and needed to hire a lock ***** that had to break in to get me into my own home. The lock still had power, from the alarm function that kept going off, but no longer connected to the ***** which was working, and would not connect via Bluetooth either. It cost me $270 to just get back into my home. The Bluetooth was supposed to be the fail safe but that stopped working. Not only this but I had attempted to call the support line 4 times which I kept getting, No one is available to take your call, goodbye. I have have emails to Bosma support but have not heard anything back. I believe Bosma should compensate me the $270 because it was their faulty equipment that forced me to hire a lock ***** and eventually break into my own home. Any support on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you, *********************
