            I had my truck towed to ****'s transmissions to have the transmission replaced with a provided transmission which was shipped there. I received a telephone call from **** which he informed me that removing the initial transmission would pose a challenge, in addition to describing replacement may not be necessary as my transmission may require repair. I understood this and asked him to proceed with the replacement. The next communication was a phone call from **** informing in Wich he told me the he test drove it and it was ready for me to pick up. I arrived and in the process of paying for his services I'm informed and shown pictures of damage to my engine in Wich I was not updated on before the replacement continued. My complaint is that a transmission was installed on a damaged engine unbeknownst to me. Because the nature of this situation I am reluctant to communicate directly to avoid any possible escalation. I drove just under 200 miles and my truck stops running on the side of the road.I had it towed home where it sits now inoperable.

            I drive for a living so my car is my business and it is important that I trust the people working on it. **** and his brothers are the best in the ********. Very down to earth people. Someone I could trust was very very important to me and I found it with **** and his brothers. I had a noise coming from my transmission and had it looked at by several transmission services professionals here in the Fremont area. One guy told me my transmission was a CVT, I asked him how he know that and he said we just know. So he sent me off and told me just drive it till it gives out and comeback when you need a new one. That very same day I went to Marks and asked them "Do I have a CVT transmission?" They knew from years of experience that ****** puts a sticker on the inside of the drivers door that says what transmission the car has and guess what... "It wasn't a CVT!" on top of that they drove my car with me in it, hooked up a diagnostic tool and explained to me what they were looking for and why they were looking for it. I don't understand cars but I do greatly appreciate them explaining to me what they were looking for. I'll keep the story short. Ultimately, they didn't sell me a new transmission, they had an additive that makes the transmission fluid more sticky and in my particular case that's what they recommend. That same day, I had that done and bam. My transmission felt like ***************. **** and his brothers have earned my business for life. Anything I need related to my engine or transmission they will be the first ones I call. No second and third opinions needed. I trust that what they tell me will be their best recommendation for whatever it is that I need. **** and brothers, I bless your business with love, light and abundance. May you prosper in all ways. Thank you for being so genuine with me and helping me to get back on the road asap.
